No matter what the industry, software teams face a similar challenge: Deliver higher quality software, faster. In today’s fast-paced and demanding environment, it’s imperative that QA and testing leaders stay informed on what’s working in testing, and what other teams are doing to meet these expectations. In this collaborative half-day event, the SPR Leadership Workshop provides participants an opportunity to learn from experts and each other, as well as share challenges and learn from thought leaders and peers.
Through SPR’s insights working with leaders and through industry surveys, we know there are a multitude of challenges impacting quality software today. But we want to hear from you! What challenges do you see for software quality and testing? That’s why when you register for the workshop, you will receive a survey to share with us your specific challenges. We will use this survey to help facilitate a more focused discussion during the workshop, and to help provide the solutions to challenges that you face.
Additionally, there will be opportunities throughout the day for you to bring specific challenges (not previously addressed) to the group for advice. Still have questions? A social hour immediately following the workshop will allow you to exchange ideas and learn from each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
