Beyond the AI Pilot: SPR Joins the Claude Partner Network
Access to powerful AI is no longer a competitive advantage. What a company does with it, and how quickly it turns that potential into business value, is what matters.
SPR has joined the Claude Partner Network, expanding our ability to help clients build with Claude and move promising ideas into production.
Anthropic, the company behind Claude, emphasizes certified expertise, live production deployments, and demonstrated customer results through its partner network. That focus fits how SPR works: combining strategy, product thinking, experience design, data, and engineering to solve real business problems.
We’re already seeing what that can look like in practice. SPR recently worked with Concept Elements Inc. to extend its Drive Weather platform with a Claude-powered trip assistant that can answer complex, route-aware questions in natural language. Rather than simply adding a chatbot, the team designed an agent architecture that brings together trip timing, weather, route context, and current information, with guardrails to keep responses grounded in the journey.
The architecture and model strategy also made the experience dramatically faster. An earlier design took about 50 seconds to return an answer. The production solution cut that to about 10 seconds, an 80% reduction in response time. The assistant is now live across Drive Weather’s iOS and Android apps and website. That kind of result is what we mean when we talk about getting beyond the AI pilot. The model matters, but so do the architecture around it, the context it receives, the systems it connects to, and the way success is measured.
“An AI pilot only matters if it leads to something people can actually use,” said Matthew Mead, Chief Technology Officer at SPR. “We’re focused on finding the right problems, building solutions that fit how our clients work, and measuring whether those solutions make a difference.”
Through the Claude Partner Network, SPR will gain deeper access to Anthropic training, certifications, technical resources, and delivery support. For our clients, that means an experienced team that can:
- Identify valuable applications of Claude before they become obvious.
- Move quickly from concept to a working production solution.
- Integrate AI with existing systems, data and workflows.
- Establish the security, governance and human oversight required to scale.
- Measure success through business outcomes, not the novelty of the technology.
That last step is particularly important. We believe AI measurement should begin before a solution is built, with clear outcomes, baselines, and evidence that the technology is changing the work or experience it was designed to improve.
And reaching production does not mean the work is finished. Moving from a successful prototype to an enterprise-ready AI agent requires decisions around security, integration, governance, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. Those are the less visible parts of AI delivery, but they are often what determine whether an experiment becomes something an organization can trust and scale.
AI is moving too quickly for companies to wait for a standard playbook. The organizations that create an advantage will be the ones willing to explore, learn, and build now, while staying disciplined about where AI can create meaningful value.
SPR’s relationship with Anthropic strengthens our ability to help clients do exactly that: move faster, push beyond familiar use cases, and turn what is newly possible into measurable results.
