SPR embedded experienced engineers within the client’s application team for approximately nine months. SPR helped the client evaluate the integration and shape the services the partner could use to retrieve the necessary data. This approach marked a new integration model for the organization and an opportunity to give partners greater flexibility in how they created customer-facing experiences.
The work began laying a foundation for future software integrations in which outside platforms could connect to the provider’s capabilities without adopting its complete technology experience.
